The “Workshop Day” at ILCC2021 has three interesting workshop tracks, conducted by lean champions, with an aim to provide hands-on experience and engagement with the power of lean concepts and principles.

The workshop by Zofia K. Rybkowski on “Target Value Delivery” an overview of the purpose of it’s working elements, which is part of Lean Integrated Project Delivery (Lean-IPD) system. Topics to be covered include a brief history of Lean Construction, the purpose behind Lean, and exposure to the logic underpinning TVD, as well as some of the tools used during a TVD project. Come prepared for an interactive session.
