The “Workshop Day” at ILCC2021 has three interesting workshop tracks, conducted by lean champions, with an aim to provide hands-on experience and engagement with the power of lean concepts and principles.

The workshop by Dr. Bhargav Dave on “Decoding the Lean in Production Management ” is designed for AEC industry practitioners and academia to highlight the critical factors of “Lean” in Construction Management practices. With the help of digital tools and Lean workflows, the participants will be taken through exercises that will bring to light the essential aspects of driving efficiency through production management – Flow, Value & Waste minimization, towards Continuous Improvement.
