REGISTRATION (CLOSED)

Registration/ attendance for any events of the “Indian Lean Construction Conference 2021 (ILCC2021)” implicitly assumes complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of ILCC2021:

1) Each attendee grants the organizers and anyone working on their behalf permission to video record and/or photograph the attendee and, if a presenter, his/her presentation or poster at the conference, and to publish the photos or videos on the conference YouTube channel and/or on the conference social media pages, during and after the conference. Attendees who wish to withdraw consent in this regard can do so by signing the permission rescind form for video/photo publication permission at the time of collecting the registration material at the registration desk of the conference.

2) Each attendee who is also an author of one or more papers/ posters accepted for the conference proceedings agrees to

  1. Sign one Copyright Agreement Form for each paper/ poster (available under Submissions page) to be published as part of the Conference, and acknowledge that any paper or poster for which none of the authors have signed a copyright transfer form will not be published in the conference publications, nor will it be included in the conference schedule for presentation.
  2. Undertake to ensure that at least one full conference days registration (3rd and 4th December) is paid for every two papers/posters on which the attendee is listed as an author that is to be published and/or presented.

NOTE: Given limited seats for Workshop day, the First come, First served principle may apply for Registrations. Due to pandemic restrictions, the number of registrations for in-person participation, for Workshop Day, Industry Day, and Conference Days, are limited.

For all concessional faculty/ students/ ILCE/CEPT Alumni registrations documentary proof should be uploaded during registration.

Any participant aiming to avail GST benefits, is required to mention individual / organization/ institution’s GST and PAN number at the time of registration

Delegate Registration fees (for in-person participation) include the following: (as applicable for respective events):
– For Workshop Day (1st December) and Industry Day (2nd December): Registration kit;Tea/coffee, Lunch every day;WiFi in the Hall;
– For Conference Days (3rd and 4th December): Flash drive with Conference Proceedings; Conference Souvenir; Conf. Dinner and entertainment on 3rd December
Delegate Registration fees (for virtual participation) include the following: (as applicable for respective events):
– For Workshop Day (1st December) and Industry Day (2nd December): Digital Registration kit
– For Conference Days (3rd and 4th December): Digital copy of Conference Proceedings and Conference Souvenir

Refund and Cancellations:

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the Organisers who would require valid justification for the change, someone else from the same institute/organisation, provided the request is made before 15th November, 2021. However, if an author of an accepted paper/ poster transfers his/her registration to another person who is not a co-author of that paper/ poster, then he/she loses the presentation slot for that paper/ poster.

Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to another event, please note that none of the payments can be refunded.

The requests for changes in mode of participation (virtual / online) will not be considered after the registration.

At any point of time, if the prevailing governmental advisory does not allow holding of conference (in person mode), the existing registrations for in-person participation will be converted to virtual participation. The difference between the registration charges will be refunded to the individual participant.

All dispute resolution is subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction
